Biosketch
Gerd Müller is Professor and Department Head of Theoretical Biology at the University of Vienna. He is also President of the Konrad Lorenz Institute for Evolution and Cognition Research and President of the European Society of Evolutionary Developmental Biology. Müller's research interest is the relationship between development and evolution in the generation of organismal form and its theoretical conceptualization.
